Examined
A few nights ago just as I was falling asleep I
thought I heard a baby cry or yell. It sounded as if it were right in my
room. I woke up startled and felt a bit uneasy. A few minutes later as I
fell asleep again, I started to have an erotic dream about a couple making
love. The scene melted away to reveal the woman on a table being examined.
She was in a very brightly lit white room with nothing around except the
table. The woman looked around and screamed and had a look of terror in
her eyes that I have never seen nor felt before. I could feel the fear and
terror of this woman as what she believed to be reality turned against
her.
I woke up with the image of the woman's eyes wide open still in my head. I
felt however that the woman was looking at me. This would mean that I
would have to have been the being examining her (although I saw no other
beings in the room). I also had the feeling that I was running over to her
to help her forget or sleep or something. But the overwhelming feeling I
got from the dream was just the pure terror coming from this woman.
Thinking back on it, I can't remember any emotions other than hers,
although I was startled by the force of her terror.
