Red shift measurements indicate that the universe is falling apart against the force of gravity. Therefore there must have been a big bang and the resultant expansion should be slowing down over time due to gravity. But it isn't. It's speeding up.
When you sleep the electrical activity of your brain does not decrease, it increases.
Called the Brown Mountain Lights, balls of light form spontaneously then drift along the ridge of Brown Mountain in North Carolina. They last 10 seconds or so "oozing" through the trees and then extinguish. They change colors from orange to white. Small balls coalesce to form large balls. Large balls disintegrate to form small ones that fly in formation.
Our bodies extend beyond their physical outline. If a stranger stands very close you will feel uncomfortable. He has entered your space. We carry around us a space that is ours. The extent of this space can be measured. Violent individuals carry a larger space and the discomfort they feel is more intense.
John and Arthur Mowforth were twins who lived about 80 miles apart in Great Britain. On the evening of May 22, 1975, both fell severely ill from chest pains. The families of both men were completely unaware of the other's illness. Both men were rushed to separate hospitals at approximately the same time. And both died of heart attacks shortly after arrival.
In the 19th century, the famous horror writer, Egdar Allan Poe, wrote a book called 'The narrative of Arthur Gordon Pym'. It was about four survivors of a shipwreck who were in an open boat for many days before they decided to kill and eat the cabin boy whose name was Richard Parker. Some years later, in 1884, the yawl, Mignonette, foundered, with only four survivors, who were in an open boat for many days. Eventully the three senior members of the crew, killed and ate the cabin boy. The name of the cabin boy was Richard Parker.
In September 1995 iguanas, dinosaur like land reptiles found in South America, somehow managed to suddenly appear in the Caribbean island of Anguilla in large numbers. They can't swim.

In July 1996 a man visited Russia where he met a woman named Valentina. They became friends and spent many many hours together talking constantly; they effortlessly communicated many thoughts and complex ideas, yet neither speaks or understands the other's language. When she speaks he did not understand the words but when he stopped trying to understand the words, he understood her perfectly.
In 1989 a rock half a mile in diameter intersected the earth's orbit but missed us by 6 hours. We did not know about it until it had passed. It's hard to see rocks in space because they are non-radiative. If it had slammed into us the total energy release would have exceeded that of all the nuclear weapons on earth.
A population explosion of Craspedacusta Sowerbii, a fresh water jellyfish, can completely take over a lake in one day and just as completely disappear the next day leaving no trace. It did that on October 7, 1998 in Spring Lake, Santa Rosa, CA.

On Dec 6 1998 Lisa Reider of Penngrove heard what sounded like a howling gust of wind and found that her 12x18 barn had been thrown forty feet but the woodpile, goats, and goat food dish next to it were untouched.
No one has caught a Rod yet but many claim to have captured them on high speed videos. They are reptile-like creatures with fins that swim through the atmosphere in excess of 100 mph. The high speed creates the same fluid dynamics as a fish in water. They are all over. You just can't see them.
The success rate of a psychic is a function of environmental factors such as body chemistry, terrestrial magnetism, and solar activity - all of which vary over time. That is why experiments of the paranormal appear to fail. When the regression model is expanded to include these factors the success rate of psychics becomes statistically significant.
In what appears to be life after death for organ donors, recipients of organ transplants assume some of the characteristics of the donor including personality, tastes, and cravings.
In 1997 we did not even know they existed but they have been right under our noses all along. They form more than half the living matter of our oceans and there are millions of them in our blood. These bacteria are even smaller than viruses but they are alive and they reproduce on their own. There is no known lower limit to the size of life.
The Otomac Natives who live along the Orinoco river in Venezuela hunt for fish with bows and arrows when the water is low but for two or three months of the year when the water is too high and rapid they survive on a diet of mud balls. The mud does not contain any nutrient that we can recognize and yet these Natives remain healthy and strong through the dirt eating season.
During the second world war a German pilot returned to his base after a dogfight over England and landed safely. The ground crew opened the cockpit to find the pilot stone dead with half his head blown off from what must have been a direct hit.
In July 1991, a female aneurysm patient code-named "Pam Reynolds" underwent an 8-hour surgery in Phoenix, Arizona during which she was clinically dead for an hour. During the dead hour an electric saw was brought into the operating room in a case and this saw was used to cut open her skull. After the operation she said that she saw the procedure from "above" and she accurately described the saw which she had never seen in her life. She also accurately related the conversation that took place in the room at that time although her ear canals were packed with test equipment which showed no response from the brain stem to repeated audible clicks.

It was a bright
October morning in 1593. On the plaza in front of the palace in Mexico City
there was the usual hustle and bustle of people and soldiers. One of the
soldiers in particular stood out from the crowd. He wore a different uniform and
carried a completely different type of gun. When questioned the soldier replied
that his orders had been to stand guard at the governor's palace in Manila where
he was stationed. He also said he knew that he was not in Manila and this
obviously wasn't the governor's palace but he was carrying out his orders as
best he could. He also said that the governor had been killed the night before.
The soldier could not believe he was thousands of miles away from Manila and
everyone was baffled by his overnight transportation. Due to these strange
events the soldier was promptly thrown in jail.
Two months later a ship arrived from the Philippines with the news that the
governor had been killed the night before the strange soldier's arrival. The
soldier was subsequently released and sent back to Manila. 411 years later his
trip through space and time still remains a mystery.
