Voices on the Answering Machine
I've tried this on our answering machine. We have
the newer kind. The kind that don't need the tape. I came up with this idea
of pushing the memo button and recording nothing but static on the
machine. When my sister, her friend ,and I did it last night, we pressed
the memo button and hurry and ran to the living room and kept quiet. When
we listened to the message, it had a voice say "help me" We heard help me
a couple of times on it. It wasn't any of us as my mom had thought. If it
was one of us whispering, it wouldn't have sounded a little raspy. When we
tried recording some more, this time we heard a voice saying over and over
"I'll kill you" then another voice says "Johnny Please"
then a noise and
then "Whatever." The thing is that when we were recording, we heard a noise
of something being dropped on the floor sounded to me like a plastic lid.
I thought my sister had thrown something to scare me. It wasn't her.
Anyways when we listened to the noise it was soft, when we listened to it
another time, it was louder. I have no idea why we would have ghosts when
we are only the second family to live here. Before that, it was just swamp
where our house is. This is true and if you'd like to try it go ahead and
see for yourself and maybe tell me about it. By the way it works best at
night.
